Q: What’s the difference between Growth and Scale?

The per-brand depth is the same: all eight AI models and 50 prompts per brand. Growth includes one brand and three team seats. Scale includes ten brands, unlimited seats, client access, white-label portals and the REST API. Add prompt packs on either plan for more depth.

Q: Can I change plans anytime?

Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. You can cancel at any time without a cancellation penalty.

Q: How does yearly billing work?

Annual base plans include two months free. Growth is $1,000 a year and Scale is $5,000 a year, paid upfront. Annual prompt packs have their own prices, shown in the calculator. Plans renew each year unless you cancel.

Q: What if I need more brands or prompts?

Add brands for $50 a month each, or $500 a year. Both plans include 50 prompts per brand. Extra prompt packs add 50, 100 or 200 prompts per brand; the calculator shows the total before you choose. Talk to us about more than 20 brands.

Q: Do prices change outside the US?

All prices are set and billed in USD. Your card issuer handles any currency conversion at the time of charge.

Q: Which AI models do you track?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. All eight are included in every paid plan.

Q: How do you count AI answers?

An AI answer read is one prompt checked in one model in a daily report. With 50 prompts across eight models, a 30-day month covers about 12,000 per brand.

Q: What happens when I reach my limits?

You can add capacity or change plans when you need more brands, prompts, markets or article credits. Each feature has its own allowance; review the limits and price in Billing before making a change.

Q: Can I white-label client reports and dashboards?

Yes, on Scale. Use a custom domain, your logo and colours, branded client logins and emails from your domain. White-labelling is included with Scale, with no separate fee.
