Choosing the Right Plan
Free is perfect for trying Trakkr with a single brand. You get 6 AI models and competitor tracking with 5 prompts.
Growth ($79/month) unlocks the full intelligence suite. Citation tracking, perception analysis, AI Pages optimization, and 8 AI models give you what you need to actually improve your AI visibility. Best for marketing teams, SEO professionals, and consultants managing their own brand.
Scale ($399/month) is built for agencies and multi-brand companies. With 10 brands, unlimited team seats, API access, and white-label portal, you can manage an entire client portfolio from one account.

Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Your current plan and pricing
- Usage across brands, prompts, and data points
- Next billing date and payment method
- Active add-ons
Upgrading
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click the plan you want
- 3Complete checkout via Stripe
Upgrades are prorated - you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click Change Plan
- 3Select the lower tier
- 4Confirm
Canceling
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click Cancel Subscription
- 3Complete the cancellation flow
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, you move to the Free plan with limited features.
Payment & Invoices
Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Managing Payment Details
Click Manage Payment in Settings → Billing to:
- Update your card
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans charge on your subscription anniversary each month
- Annual plans charge once per year (save ~17%)
Trial
Growth offers a 14-day free trial so you can test the full feature set before committing. During the trial:
- You get full Growth features (citations, perception, AI Pages, reports, exports)
- AI crawler tracking (AI Pages) is not active until you convert to paid
- Workflow limit is 1 (increases to 3 on paid Growth)
No credit card required to start. If you don't convert, you automatically move to the Free plan.
Common Questions
Do inactive brands count toward my limit? No. Only active brands count. Deactivate to free up slots without losing data.
What happens when I hit a limit? You'll see an upgrade prompt. You can't add more brands or prompts until you upgrade or deactivate existing ones.
Can I switch from monthly to annual? Yes. Go to Settings → Billing. Annual billing saves approximately 2 months.
What if I need more than Scale offers? Contact us about Enterprise plans. We offer custom limits, SSO, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees. See the Enterprise tab in Settings or email [email protected].
